Fashionable Friday - It's a '90s Thing

To continue paying homage to the '90s, fellow fashion blogger Toni and I have created casual looks inspired by the decade that celebrated key items such as daisy prints, crop tops, high-waisted denim, and beanies.

Key to nailing the '90s nostalgia look that I've created? A nonchalant attitude styled with an organza crop top, sporty sandals, and a fun floral skirt. Give a nod to the neon hues of the '90s with a bright bag to play up the yellow in the skirt, and further accessorize with a statement necklace for some sparkle, and a striped beanie for a touch of print mixing. For an extra blast from the past, wear while watching your favorite episodes of My So-Called Life, Friends, or Seinfeld.

Style note...as the owner of the skirt, I can testify to its comfort and practicality; it has shorts underneath, making it wearable even on the windiest of days. Gotta love that! Or as we said in the '90s, "that's rad!"
